Acceptable use

1. Do not list

• Counterfeit, replica or stolen goods.
• Weapons, drugs, adult items or services, or anything illegal in Qatar.
• Items that are not second-hand personal goods, or services.

2. Do not

• Mislead buyers about an item, or use photos that are not your item.
• Harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or send spam.
• Move a sale off Dripple to avoid fees or protection. You lose protection if you do.
• Manipulate prices, reviews or offers, or create more than one account.
• Try to break, scrape or overload the service or access other people's data.

3. Reporting

Use Report on any listing or profile. We review reports, may remove content, and may suspend accounts. Serious cases may be referred to the authorities.

4. What happens if the rules are broken

Depending on how serious the breach is and whether it is repeated, we may: remove a listing; warn you; suspend your account (you cannot list, make offers or send messages while suspended, but you can still see orders already in progress and contact us); or close your account permanently.

Selling a counterfeit or replica item, or a listing that you confirmed was genuine and was not, is treated as serious. A confirmed counterfeit can lead to permanent closure without a prior warning, and to repeat offenders being refused a new account.

While we investigate a suspected breach we may hold a payout related to it. What happens to held money is decided according to our Seller & payout terms and the law. If you think we have made a mistake, tell us at the email below with your account name and we will review it.
