Purchasing is not open yet. The sections on payment, refunds and payouts describe how Dripple will work and will be finalised, with legal review, before checkout opens. We will ask you to accept the final version.
The rules for selling on Dripple and for being paid.
Each time you list an item you must tick a box confirming that it is yours to sell, that it is genuine and not a replica or counterfeit, and that your description and photos are accurate. We record when you confirmed it. If it turns out to be untrue, we may remove the listing and suspend or close your account, as set out in the Acceptable use policy.
You receive the item price (not the fees the buyer pays). You are paid after the buyer accepts the item, or 48 hours after delivery if they raise no dispute. If a dispute is open, payment waits for the decision.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the Qatari bank account you add under Settings. The account must be in your own name. Payouts are processed by the Dripple team, so the transfer can follow acceptance by a short time.
Only you can edit them. Authorised Dripple staff can see them to make your payout. If they are changed we notify you and may delay a payout while we check the change is genuine. If you did not make a change, tell us immediately.
We may hold or reverse a payout where an order is refunded, disputed or charged back, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. We will tell you why.
You are responsible for any tax or registration that applies to your sales.
