Purchasing is not open yet. The sections on payment, refunds and payouts describe how Dripple will work and will be finalised, with legal review, before checkout opens. We will ask you to accept the final version.
What it means when a listing is approved, and what authentication is. They are not the same.
Every listing goes through an automatic check for prohibited wording and may be reviewed by our team. That check does not examine the item. A listing that is live has not been verified as genuine. Sellers are responsible for what they say about an item.
An optional authentication service for higher-priced items is planned but is not available yet. When it launches, this page will describe what is checked, by whom, how long it adds, the result categories (passed, failed, inconclusive), what happens to the item and fees in each case, and the limits of any guarantee. Until then, nothing on Dripple should be read as authentication.
Use Report on the listing, or raise a dispute within the inspection window if you have bought it. Brand owners can contact us at the email below to report infringing listings.
