These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Dripple named at the bottom of this page. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept them, together with the Privacy policy and Acceptable use policy.
Dripple is an online marketplace in Qatar where people list and buy pre-loved fashion. Items are sold by the sellers who list them, not by Dripple. Dripple provides the platform, messaging, offers, delivery coordination, and the payment and dispute process described in our other policies.
Dripple does not own the items, does not inspect them unless an authentication service is offered and you choose it, and does not guarantee that any item is genuine or as described. See Listings & authentication.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You must give accurate details, keep your password secret, and are responsible for everything done through your account. One person, one account.
A sale is agreed between a buyer and a seller when the buyer's payment is confirmed for a listed item or an accepted offer. Dripple then reserves the item, arranges collection and delivery, and holds the payment as described in Buying & payment terms and Seller & payout terms.
An accepted offer is binding on both sides. Prices are in Qatari riyals (QAR). Every fee is shown before you pay.
You are responsible for your listings, photos and messages and must have the right to post them. By posting you give Dripple a non-exclusive licence to display them on the service. Follow the Acceptable use policy. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, with notice where we reasonably can.
Browsing and listing are free. Fees for buying, delivery and optional services are shown in full before you pay and are described in Buying & payment terms. Dripple may change fees for future orders by giving notice on the site.
If something goes wrong, follow the process in Disputes & complaints. Dripple's inspection window after delivery is a way of deciding when the seller is paid. It does not remove any right you have under Qatari law or against your card issuer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Dripple is not responsible for what sellers and buyers do, for items it has not inspected, or for losses we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Qatari law, including for fraud.
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will ask you to accept the new version before you list, offer or buy. Previous versions are kept. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights.
