Dripple is a peer-to-peer marketplace for pre-loved fashion in Doha. Users list, buy, and sell items. Dripple provides the platform, order tracking tools, and (when live) payment holding and release — not a guarantee of every item's authenticity unless optional authentication is used.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or local law.
Sellers must describe items honestly (condition, size, flaws). Prohibited goods and counterfeit items are not allowed. We may remove listings that fail automatic or manual review.
Buyers pay the item price plus Buyer Protection (platform fee). Optional authentication fees may apply on higher-priced items. While demo payment is enabled, no real card is charged — orders complete in-app for testing only. When card payments go live, charges and refunds follow the payment provider and these terms.
Sellers should ship within the stated deadline. Buyers should confirm delivery or raise a dispute within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. After that window, sales are generally final. Funds (when live) are held until completion or the dispute window ends.
Open a dispute from the order page with a clear reason. Dripple may review and resolve in favour of buyer or seller based on evidence. Outcomes may include refund or release of funds.
The platform is provided as-is while in early operation. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Qatari law that cannot be waived.
