Cancellations & refunds

1. Before the item is sent

You can ask to cancel before the seller has sent the item. We refund the full amount you paid, including fees, to the original payment method.

2. If the seller does not send it

The seller has 120 hours (5 days) from payment to have the item collected. If they miss this, the order can be cancelled and you are refunded in full.

3. After delivery: a problem with the item

Inspect the item within 48 hours of delivery. If it does not arrive, arrives damaged, is not as described, or you believe it is counterfeit, raise a dispute from the order page within that time. Dripple holds the seller's payment while the dispute is open. Depending on the outcome you may receive a full refund, a partial refund, or the sale may stand. See Disputes & complaints.

4. What is not covered

• Change of mind, or an item that does not suit you, where it was described accurately.
• Wear or flaws that were shown or described in the listing.
• Problems reported after the 48-hour window, unless the law gives you a right regardless.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, through the payment provider. Timing depends on your bank. We tell you when the refund has been requested. Delivery fees and the Buyer Protection fee are refunded when the order is cancelled before the item is sent or when the dispute outcome is a full refund; otherwise the outcome says which fees are returned.

Returned items: if a refund requires the item to be sent back, we arrange the return and tell you who bears the cost in the dispute outcome.
